William L. Krayer
Bill has obtained hundreds of patents as in-house counsel for large corporations and as independent counsel for smaller companies in a wide variety of technologies including water treatment, mining, polymer chemistry, automatic controls, steelmaking, oilfield processes and many others. His experience includes domestic and international technology licensing, providing infringement and validity opinions and managing major patent litigation for corporate clients.
Bill enjoys working with engineers, research scientists and management to explore the possible patentability of innovative ideas and following through with applications drafted to obtain sound patents.
